Every freight invoice, checked against the order behind it.

This is the working product, running against a made-up company called Meridian Supply Co., an industrial distributor shipping FedEx and UPS, whose freight is free on orders over $5,000. Every order in it is a real record in ERPNext, the open-source ERP. The carrier invoices are generated.

What to look at

Three queues, not a report

Bill the customer. Query with the carrier. Needs a decision. Each one ends in an action with a name against it, which is the difference between software and a spreadsheet.

Both sides of every match

Open any order. What the ERP recorded sits beside what the carrier billed, field by field. Where they disagree the page says so outright. Nothing asks you to take its word.

It declines to guess

Nine orders here are held rather than billed, because the export is missing lines and the order is larger than the system can see. Billing those would be wrong, and confidently wrong is the expensive kind.

Why a made-up company

Because the honest way to show this is not to show you someone else's books. Meridian is invented end to end, and it runs on a different ERP and a different freight rule from any client we have, which is the point: the rulebook is configuration, not something welded in when we built the first one.

Read the rulebook page inside the demo. Every rule states what it does and who confirmed it. On a live account those are your people, named and dated.

Seeing it on your own invoices

Send one month of carrier invoices and the matching export from your ERP. We come back with what does not reconcile, named, with the document behind each one. No integration, and nothing to install.
